Framed together are three charming scenes of ladies going about their daily routines, including taking tea and reading. Cut from coloured paper with details sketched in ink, the silhouettes have likely been saved from a commonplace book such as young ladies typically kept during the early nineteenth century. The miniature scenes are loosely laid on card and housed in a faux maple frame.
