Orders and Payment: orders are taken by phone, email, or letter. Before an order is taken confirmation of the total cost including postage will be given. Once an order has been placed confirmation of the total cost and how the item will be delivered and expected delivery time will be sent to you. Payment may be by bank transfer or debit or credit card. Payment is also possible by Sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank. Other options, e.g. PayPal, may be possible.

Cancellations and Returns: under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations an order may be cancelled before despatch or item returned for any reason within 7 working days of receipt. Unless the item purchased is not as described, return postage will be paid by the buyer. In all cases the buyer undertakes to take proper and reasonable care of the item whilst in their care and ensure it is packed appropriately for return. Items returned inadequately packaged and damaged in transit will not be refunded.
